To inculcate a sense of awareness and to build up overall personality of the students, the college duly constitutes a Students’ Council. The working committee consists of the Principal, Teachers in charge of Sports, NSS, Cultural Activities and students’ representatives. The tenure of the Students’ Council is one academic year.
Career Guidance Placement Cell
The College has a Career Guidance and Placement Cell which organizes various guest lectures and counseling programs for the students. Campus interviews are arranged for them through which they get placements in reputed sectors.
The centre provides personal, academic and career guidance to students. It organizes workshops, seminars, talks and career counseling programs. Individual and group counseling is provided for dealing with issues related to stress, exam, social adjustment and similar issues.
Parent Teacher Association
For better parent teacher interaction the college conducts meeting in each term. The parents are informed of their ward’s progress and strong / weak areas (if any). Besides this, they are also informed about the various efforts taken by the college for the enrichment and advancement of students. Any suggestions from the parent-side if considered beneficial for the students and College are also implemented.
As per the directives of the Hon?ble Supreme Court of India, the college has set up a committee which will take appropriate action if any improper conduct / act is brought to its notice.
In the context of the growing importance of English in the global scenario the College holds Spoken English classes regularly.

The college organizes industrial visits to help students understand about the practical aspects of production, marketing, labour relations and other activities managed by industrial sectors.
The college is actively working for improving the knowledge of their students by acquainting them with fundamental concepts and organizing seminars, workshop and guest lectures by eminent industrial personalities.
We also arrange regular competitions, paper presentations, projects, assignments, quiz, group discussion, management games, field survey, posters, etc.
STUDENT WELFARE SCHEMES / FUNDS
Poor Students Fund:
Poor Student Fund has been established with the help of University Grants Commission and other Donor Agencies. Each year a good number of poor and needy students are provided help in the form of College & Examination Fees.
College Management grants scholarships to the meritorious students and those who are assessed to be financially weak and cannot afford college education.
Government scholarships are awarded to students belonging to SC, ST, Minority and Physically Handicapped categories. The Fund also helps general students from economically weak families.
Special prizes are given by the University for Different Examinations. College also awards these special students each year.
At Nayab Abbasi Girls PG College we provide convenient transportation services to students thereby ensuring their comfort and fulfilling our responsibility towards the students. We provide pick up and drop services to the students through bus service.
There are several route numbers that pick up students residing in different locations within the city. Each of the buses has at least one supervisor who acts as the bus in charge and manages the bus activities. The transportation facilities make sure of providing proper care for the safety of students and hence maintain that all the drivers and conductors follow due traffic rules while driving.
